- Clean all dirt and oil with a soft cloth - we like microfiber best. If your piece starts to darken, it's due to oil build-up, so make sure to give it a good polish and it'll look new again
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals (lotions, perfume, etc.)
Do not sleep in delicate pieces as they can break.
METALS:
We take pride in offering a variety of price points and styles to our clients, giving you a variety of quality options. The descriptions that follow will help you understand the piece you are purchasing based on the metal given in each product description.
Waterproof/Stainless Steel: This is the best one of them all. Stainless steel-plated styles are non-tarnishing, hypoallergenic, and waterproof. To keep your piece shining for a long time, be sure to properly dry it and wipe it with a cloth after long wear.
Gold Filled: Gold-filled products will last longer than gold-plated pieces but will still require care because they are not made of 24k real gold. Use a gentle jewelry cleaning solution, then rinse and pat dry. If there is heavy wear, and constant exposure to perfume/hair chemicals, sea salt water, and chlorine, gold filled can still become dull and fade.

If you received a "delivered" confirmation from USPS but your package is not yet delivered, please wait a couple of days. We noticed this issue happen a few times, but the package always turns up. If you do not have it after a couple of days, please reach out to your local post office as they'll be able to help better than the main USPS phone help.
Fulfillment:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the following day. Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM PST) or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

Once approved, you will get a confirmation email with a return label
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of order placement.
They must be in original condition (no sign of wear), and in original packaging (with tags attached)
Are there any charges for return?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A full refund will be processed for approved items.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.
