Shipping policy


How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?

  • USPS First Class Mail (5 – 8 business days) FREE
  • USPS Priority Mail (2 - 3 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • UPS Ground (1 - 5 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • UPS Next Day (1 business day): Calculated at checkout

*These are delivery time estimates provided by USPS and UPS. USPS and UPS do not guarantee delivery dates or times.  

Return to Sender / Incorrect Address at the time of Purchase:

If you place an order and you submit the wrong address at the time of purchase, please e-mail our customer service department at within 30 minutes of purchase to guarantee that your request can be completed.

All orders sent out with Free Domestic Shipping that are returned to the sender due to incorrect information (on behalf of the customer) will incur a US$10 re-shipping fee.

The Nanda Jewelry team works hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible and provide you with much support as possible for being a valued customer. However, in the case of a mistake of the customer entering the wrong address, all fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. 


Nanda Jewelry is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but not received. If after 21 days your package has still not been delivered, please reach out to our customer service team for further investigation. 

Furthermore, once packages leave our studio, they are no longer our responsibility, and therefore no refunds will be provided for lost packages.  If your area has issues with package theft, we encourage you to upgrade your shipping service to USPS Priority Mail (which includes up to $100 insurance).

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia at the moment.  We are looking to add more countries soon. Duty fees are included at the time of purchase. 


You can return your items within 14 days from purchase. **

** Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be accepted for a full refund. All returns must be received within 10 days of receiving an RA number or the package will be refused. Any item returned without the security tag will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

*** Items improperly packaged, damaged or scratched during return transit will be automatically disqualified from refund.  Please ensure you package the items in its original jewelry card and pouch before placing item(s) in shipping box. 

Items must be shipped within 5 days from receipt of the return shipping label. 

Non-Qualifying Items


Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are final sale. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. You can find this information on the product pages as well as on your invoice.

Final Sale

Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.


Items won during giveaways (or via giveaway gift cards) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Gift with Purchase

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include the gift with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.

Marked as Delivered

Nanda Jewelry is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but not received. 

USA Return & Refund Process

To return your order, please include the original invoice as well as the pieces in their complete original packaging.  Upon approval of the return, a USPS return label will be sent to your email.  You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice instead of our return label.  We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.


You will receive an email notification once your return has been accepted.  
Once we've received your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. A full refund will be processed minus any shipping charges incurred.  Please note we can only refund to your original form of payment.

We are unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.

Follow the steps on our Returns page.  If your order qualifies for a refund, we'll let you know via email when approved. 

Tracking your Refund

Once a refund request is accepted, we will keep you up-to-date on the status of your refund via email.


At this time, we can only provide exchanges for damaged or defective items.
