WHAT IS OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE?

Nanda Jewelry is proud to offer a Lifetime Guarantee with every purchase, assuring you peace of mind and covering any manufacturing defect. 

Please note that our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover regular wear and tear or damage resulting from the normal usage of an item. 

HOW TO USE THE LIFETIME GUARANTEE:

  1. Reach Out: If you encounter an issue with orders placed from 1/1/24 and covered by our guarantee, contact our customer service team at contact@ nandajewelry.com. Include your order number, and a photo of the damaged item to initiate the process.
  2. Send It Back: Once approved, you can return the item to us, and we will take care of the rest. We'll repair or replace the item and return it to you promptly for a minimal return and handling fee of $12

Guarantee is valid for items purchased ONLY on our website.  Our jewels are warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone.

We will replace any defective Nanda Jewelry with the same or a comparable model ONE TIME ONLY.  

FINAL SALE items such as Sample Sale pieces or those marked in the product description as "FINAL SALE" are not under guarantee and can not be replaced.

Please Note:

  • The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty replacement.
  • We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.
  • We will not be responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.
