Returns & Exchange
You can return your items within 14 days from purchase. **
** Items must be unworn and in original packaging to be accepted for a full refund. All returns must be received within 10 days of receiving an RA number or the package will be refused. Any item returned without the security tag will be charged a 15% restock fee.
*** Items improperly packaged, damaged or scratched during return transit will be automatically disqualified from refund. Please ensure you package the items in its original jewelry card and pouch before placing item(s) in shipping box.
Items must be shipped within 5 days from receipt of return shipping label.
Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms and nameplates, are final sale. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned. You can find this information on the product pages as well as on your invoice.
Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
Items won during giveaways (or via giveaway gift cads) are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift with Purchase
Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include the gift with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift.
USA Return & Refund Process
To return your order, please include the original invoice as well as the pieces in their complete original packaging. Upon approval of the return, a USPS return label will be sent to your email. You’re also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice instead of our return label. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been accepted.
Once we've received your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. A full refund will be processed minus any shipping charges incurred. Please note we can only refund to your original form of payment.
We are unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.
Requesting a Refund
Follow the steps in our Returns page. If your order qualifies for a refund, we'll let you know via email when approved.
Tracking your Refund
Once a refund request is accepted, we will keep you up-to-date on the status of your refund via email.
At this time, we can only provide exchanges for damaged or defective items.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com. We will then send you instructions on how to exchange your piece.
Taxes/Duties/Refused Shipments (for International Shipments)
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We are so sorry, but we cannot pre-determine customs fees and Nanda Jewelry is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Nanda Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Nanda Jewelry. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
Once your package has been received at Nanda Jewelry your refund or store credit will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. If you wish to make an exchange, please email you firstname.lastname@example.org as you may have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging an item that has been damaged).
Nanda Jewelry is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of Nanda Jewelry.
Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases
When you place an order for an item displayed on the Site, you are making to Nanda Jewelry an offer of purchase. If Nanda Jewelry accepts that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.
