At Nanda Jewelry, we stand behind every piece we make. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we'll make it right.

1-Year Warranty Coverage

All Nanda Jewelry purchases come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including:

✓ Tarnishing under normal wear
✓ Plating that peels or chips
✓ Clasps or closures that break
✓ Structural defects in the materials or construction

If any of these issues occur within one year of your purchase date, we'll replace your piece with the same or a comparable item. If we're unable to offer a suitable replacement (for example, if the piece is discontinued), we'll issue a full refund instead.


What's Not Covered

Our warranty doesn't cover:

✗ Normal wear and tear - Minor scratches, slight dulling, or changes from daily use
✗ Loss, theft, or accidental damage - Dropping, crushing, or losing your jewelry
✗ Modifications - Any changes made to the piece after purchase
✗ Misuse - Exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive force, or improper care
✗ Items not purchased from Nanda Jewelry - Pieces bought through third-party sellers or resale platforms
✗ Final Sale items - Sample sale pieces or items marked "Final Sale" in the product description


How to File a Warranty Claim

If you think your jewelry has a manufacturing defect:

1. Email us at contact@nandajewelry.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (close-ups work best)
  • Brief description of what happened

2. We'll review your claim within 2 business days and let you know if it's covered.

3. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Send the piece back, and we'll send you a replacement or process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving it.

Note: You're responsible for shipping costs if we determine the issue isn't covered by warranty. We'll let you know before you send anything back.


Why We're Confident

Our jewelry is made from medical-grade 316L stainless steel with 18K gold PVD coating - the same materials used in medical implants and luxury watches. It's designed to handle water, sweat, and real life.

We offer this warranty because we genuinely believe in our quality. Most issues show up in the first few months if there's a manufacturing problem, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.


Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
  • One replacement per item (you can't keep filing claims on the same piece)
  • We reserve the right to determine if damage is from defect or misuse
  • Items lost or stolen in transit are not our responsibility (though we do our best to make things right)
